According to reports, a Felton woman has been identified as the person killed yesterday afternoon in a car crash in Chanceford Township. Elizabeth Cockey was inside a car that collided with another vehicle and then hit a utility pole, according to the York County coroner’s office. The crash occurred around 4 p.m. in the 2700 block of Delta Road. Two other people were transported to an area hospital after the two-vehicle crash. Their names were not immediately released Monday night.
An autopsy on Cockey is set to be performed Tuesday morning at the Lehigh Valley Hospital. State police are continuing their investigation of the fatal crash. Anyone with information about the crash is requested to contact the police.
