The Hanover Evening Sun is reporting that four people were taken to Hanover Hospital after a three-vehicle accident at Red Hill and Hanover roads in Oxford Township early in the afternoon on January 15, 2013. Eastern Adams Regional Police Chief Robert Then said three passengers in an Acura Integra driven by Sky Berlan, 18, of York Springs, were transported to the hospital, as well as the driver of one of the other vehicles, Boris Babaka, of Soap Lake, Wash.
According to police, Berlan was driving eastbound on Red Hill Road shortly after 1 p.m. when he failed to stop at the posted stop sign at Hanover Road. His vehicle struck the side of Babaka’s 2001 Chevrolet van, which was traveling southbound. The van was pushed into a northbound 1994 Dodge Spirit sedan driven by Joshua Todt, of Hanover
The intersection was briefly closed to traffic. Then said police expect to cite Berlan in connection with the accident.
