West shore police in Hampden Township continue to investigate a crash last night that left a woman in critical condition at Penn State Hershey and injured the driver. Corey McPherson, the driver, and passenger Allie Ettinger were flown by Life Lion to the hospital. McPherson’s condition is still being evaluated, while Ettinger is in critical condition, said a hospital spokeswoman. The accident happened last night at 8:50 p.m. in the 2400 block of Lambs Gap Road in Hampden Twp. McPherson appears to have lost lost control and struck a tree, police said. The vehicle rolled over and both occupants were partially ejected and had to be extricated by fire personnel.
