In our June 2024 newsletter, we are proud to share some notable achievements and activities at Schmidt Kramer. Partner Scott Cooper recently argued in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on behalf of a client who was denied insurance coverage due to a business closure during COVID-19. Additionally, Cooper spoke at the Dispute Resolution Institute about Pennsylvania Auto Insurance.
Our partners celebrated Judge John F. Cherry’s retirement. Elected to the bench in November 1999, he has been honored for his distinguished career and dedication to justice.
Additionally, this month, we are highlighting Grace Mills, our dedicated law clerk, for her participation in the Dauphin County Bar Foundation’s “We Care About Children Campaign.” Grace, along with other advocates, is raising funds to support pro bono legal services for children and families in need.
Our commitment to the community continues with our sponsorship of the Cumberland Valley Youth Baseball team. We believe in supporting local sports and fostering a sense of teamwork and sportsmanship among young athletes.
