According to police, Tylor Weaver, 19, of Palmyra, Lebanon County died at Hershey Medical Center from injuries sustained in a crash on Route 422 at the Walmart entrance in North Londonderry Township at 6:01 p.m. Friday, January 11, 2013. Weaver was a passenger in a car driven by Thomas Keiffer, 26, of Middletown, that was traveling east on Route 422 when it turned into the Walmart lot and collided with a pick-up truck driven by Jordan Johnson, 25, of Palmyra, that was traveling west.
Weaver was transported by ambulance to Hershey Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
Keiffer and another passenger, Janet Keiffer, 26, of Middletown, were transported by ambulance to Hershey Medical Center. The accident is under investigation.
