Driver of cars and trucks need to remember to watch out for motorcyclists. Unfortunately, this did not occur over the past weekend. State troopers have identified a motorcyclist killed Saturday evening on Harrisburg Pike as Christopher M. Metzler of Middletown, Dauphin County
Metzler was driving a Harley-Davidson west on the pike when he struck the front of a Jeep Liberty operated by Anna Marie Gromotskie, also of Middletown that which had turned into his path while making a left turn from the roadway’s eastbound side, state troopers said.
Police are still investigating and reconstructing the crash scene, but they said it appears Gromotskie simply didn’t see Metzler.
