Schmidt Kramer is proud to announce that they have once again teamed up with the United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) Foundation of Central PA for the 29th annual UCP/Schmidt Kramer golf tournament.
Chuck Schmidt, partner and founder of Schmidt Kramer, will host the tournament along with Gerry Kramer and Scott Cooper, both of whom are also partners at the law firm. Jon Kolb, former Pittsburgh Steeler and four-time Super Bowl champion, is the honorary chair of the event.
On Aug. 3, 2015, the event will kick off with an 11:30 a.m. buffet luncheon and silent auction. At 12:30 p.m., the golf tournament will begin. Around 6:00 p.m., dinner will begin along with a live auction and the awarding of prizes for excellence during the tournament.
Those interested in attending may become a sponsor of the event, sign up individually or as part of a team of golfers, or volunteer for the event.
Interested participants may also join the UCP/Schmidt Kramer Golf Committee. Other members include Jessica Kurtz, Sherrie Mehring, John M. Murphy and Senator Patricia Vance.
Proceeds from the UCP/Schmidt Kramer golf tournament will benefit the Growth Fund of the UCP Foundation of Central PA. The fund supports the nonprofit’s mission to assist infants, children, youths and adults with disabilities and their families.
The team of attorneys and staff members are dedicated to community involvement and helping those in need. Schmidt Kramer is proud to partner up with this amazing organization once again and look forward to a wonderful day of golfing.
