Pennsylvania State Police in Gettysburg are investigating a one-vehicle crash near the intersection of Hilltown Road and Fairview Fruit Road in Franklin Township Tuesday afternoon, January 22, 2013. A 16-year-old male was driving a 1998 Ford Explorer west on Hilltown Road when his vehicle exited the roadway and struck a fence and tree, according to a press release. The male and a passenger were taken to Hershey Medical Center and Gettysburg Hospital, Trooper Maeve Hoffman said at the scene. No further details were provided.
