A Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, woman was killed last Sunday, January 13, 2013 in a head-on crash in the 14400 block of McAfee Hill Road. According to the Washington County Sheriff’s OfficeSun Ok Winstead, 62, was pronounced dead at the scene. Winstead was driving south around 10 a.m. when her 2002 Honda sedan crossed the center line and collided head-on with a 2009 Kia sedan, driven by Jason Belcher, 42, of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania.
An ambulance transported Belcher to the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore for treatment of multiple broken bones, Hose said. A hospital spokeswoman said on Monday that he was in critical condition
