The Harrisburg Patriot News/Pennlive is reporting that two adults and one child were killed in a multiple vehicle accident in Lower Chancerford Township in York County yesterday. The three vehicle accident was reported about 3:20 along Holtwood Road at the Flaherty Road intersection in the township, according to a news release from the York County Coroner’s Office.
The two adults were pronounced dead at the scene by the coroner, and the child succumbed to injuries from the crash about 5:30 p.m. at York Hospital, according to the release. The three people are thought to be from the same family, according to the release, but officials have not released the identities of the people involved because they are working to notify the next of kin.
